We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.
You are eligible for a replacement if:

Once verified, we will replace the product with the same model at no extra cost.

Akshar Optical follows a Replacement-Only Policy.
- We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances
- Only replacement will be provided for eligible cases

Return Eligibility Criteria
To ensure smooth processing, please make sure:
- Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Includes original packaging, case, cloth, and invoice
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:

- Products returned without original packaging
